Clarity at Every Step

A successful B2B partnership is built on absolute clarity regarding logistics, pricing, and manufacturing capabilities. Whether you are an independent designer ordering a bespoke piece, or an enterprise retailer securing a 1,000-unit wholesale contract, find the definitive answers to your operational questions below.

Account & Trade Application

Who is eligible for a Kashanian Exports Trade Account?

Our B2B accounts are exclusively available to verified trade professionals: interior designers, architects, hospitality procurement directors, e-commerce retailers, and brick-and-mortar furniture stores. You will need to provide a valid business registration or tax ID during the application process.

How long does it take to get approved for trade pricing?

Once you submit your application and supporting business documentation, our export team reviews your credentials. Approval and access to our tiered B2B pricing catalogs typically take between 24 to 48 hours.

Do I get a dedicated account manager?

Yes. We do not use automated support desks for our trade partners. Upon approval, you are assigned a dedicated project manager based at our Bhadohi headquarters who will handle your quotes, strike-offs, and global logistics.

Manufacturing, MOQs & Sampling

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For bespoke (custom) hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs, our MOQ is exactly one piece. We scale alongside your needs. However, for specialized white-labeling where we print and hold your brand labels in our stock, the MOQ for the physical label production is 1,000 units.

What are the standard lead times for manufacturing?

Lead times are strictly dictated by the weave technique. Standard hand-tufted orders take 4-6 weeks. Complex hand-knotted pieces take 12-16 weeks. For massive volume hospitality orders (e.g., 500+ pieces), our 50-village network allows us to compress timelines significantly. A precise timeline is provided with every quote.

How do Swatch Kits and Strike-Offs work for B2B?

We ship Swatch Kits (material samples) with Kashanian branding by default to ensure seamless internal B2B tracking and re-ordering for your procurement team. If you require an unbranded sample box to show directly to a retail client, you must explicitly request this. For custom orders, a physical “Strike-Off” (a miniature woven sample of your specific design) is always produced and shipped for your approval before bulk weaving begins.

Dropshipping & White-Labeling

Is your dropshipping truly a 'blind' shipment?

Yes. All dropshipped orders are dispatched as a third-party consignee order. Kashanian Exports’ name, address, and branding are entirely omitted from the rug, the backing, the commercial invoice, and the external packaging. The end customer will only see your brand information.

How do you handle branding on dropshipped orders?

We offer two White Label options. Option 1: You ship your physical brand labels to us in India, and we apply them as we pack. Option 2: You commission us to produce your custom labels (MOQ 1,000 units), which we then hold in our inventory and stitch onto your dropship orders as they come in.

Can I dropship items from your child brands (e.g., Casa Furnishing)?

Yes. Approved trade partners have access to the in-stock inventory across our entire ecosystem. You can dropship ready-made heritage rugs from IndianHandmadeRugs.com or premium furniture from CasaFurnishing.in directly to your retail customers.

Global Logistics & Customs

Who is responsible for international customs and import duties?

In our B2B framework (especially for dropshipping), all customs, duties, and import taxes are handled and borne by you, the B2B partner. This is a critical feature: it ensures your end retail customer never receives an unexpected duty bill at their door. You must factor these import costs into your retail pricing strategy.

Do you handle Full Container Load (FCL) consolidation?

Yes. For wholesale and enterprise orders, our logistics team engineers the palletizing and packing of 20-foot, 40-foot, and High Cube containers to maximize your unit density, drastically lowering your landed shipping cost per rug.

Can you manage split shipments for phased construction projects?

Absolutely. Under our White Glove Service, we can safely warehouse your completed bulk inventory at our facilities and release split shipments staggered exactly to your architectural or installation timeline.

What documentation do you provide for export?

We supply ironclad export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, exact HS Code classifications (Chapter 57), Certificates of Origin (for tariff exemptions), and Fumigation Certificates (mandatory for natural fibers in certain jurisdictions).
