When you apply for a Trade Account or Dropshipping Partnership, we collect corporate data necessary for verification and B2B billing. This includes your Name, Company Name, Job Title, Email Address, Phone Number, Billing/Shipping Address, and Tax Identification/Business Registration Numbers.

B. End-Customer Data (Dropshipping)

As a dropshipping partner, you may transmit your end-customer’s Name, Shipping Address, and Contact Number to us solely for the purpose of order fulfillment. We act as a “Data Processor” in this instance. We do not retain, market to, or contact your end-customers.

C. Derivative & Technical Data

Our servers automatically collect information when you access the site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.

2. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized B2B procurement experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you to:

• Create and manage your Trade/Wholesale account.
