People Before Profit

At Kashanian Exports, our greatest asset isn’t our looms; it is the artisans who operate them. We are deeply rooted in the Bhadohi region, dedicated to fostering sustainable livelihoods, uplifting families, and preserving the dignity of the weavers who bring our carpets to life.

Women Weavers Initiative

Financial Independence at the Loom

We proudly champion the empowerment of rural women. Through our targeted training initiatives, we provide localized, flexible employment. Women are given the opportunity to weave from community centers or directly from looms installed in their homes. This allows them to master a globally revered craft, achieve financial independence, and support their families without leaving their support systems.

A Living Heritage

3rd & 4th Generation Artisans

Rug weaving in India is more than a profession; it is a hereditary art form. We are profoundly honored to employ 3rd and 4th generation weavers whose ancestral knowledge is tied into every knot. By providing fair wages, consistent work, and modern safety standards, we ensure this ancient lineage remains a viable, respected career for the next generation.

A Decentralized Ecosystem

Reaching 50+ Villages

Rather than uprooting artisans to congested urban factories, we take the work to them. Our manufacturing network spans over 50 local villages, bringing stable employment directly to rural doorsteps. This vital infrastructure preserves community structures, minimizes forced urban migration, and allows village economies to thrive.
